Please come in to our Curves at Hayden & Mountain View, in beautiful North Scottsdale! We provide our members with a fun, convenient, comfortable environment where you will find all the support you need to meet your goals. The Curves Work-out takes just 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program - warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching. I'd like to introduce you to our staff: Bette, office assistant & trainer, has recently retired from a teaching career of 30+ years. She loves Curves and enjoys helping our members be the best they can be! Jeanne, another trainer, keeps all of our ladies entertained and engaged in FUN activities! Carol has been here for over a year and enjoys helping and visiting with all the ladies. She is currently taking classes on personal training at Scottsdale Community College. Marsha is one of our early morning trainers. She is always there to greet you at 5:30 in the morning with a cheery smile! Candy has been a trainer here for over four years and is so friendly and helpful. Everyone misses her when she leaves for the summer in Colorado. Please come in and visit us and meet the staff.
